Brookfield Police Department Locker & Toilet Rooms Renovation

The Project consists of the renovation of the Brookfield Police Department locker and toilet rooms located at 8820 Brookfield Avenue, Brookfield, Illinois. The Village of Brookfield reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals for any reason deemed in the best interest of the Village of Brookfield. No inquiry received after that time will be given consideration. Project Description: Work includes, but is not limited to, selective interior demolition, rough & finish carpentry, new gypsum board partitions, re-use of existing doors and frames, new suspended acoustical ceilings, floor coverings and interior finishes. New plumbing fixtures & fittings, electrical devices & lighting fixtures will be installed as shown on the plans. The HVAC, plumbing, electrical and any life safety work will be done as a design-build concept.
