Proposals are now being accepted for the 2021 Road Improvement Program which includes the following streets: Elm Street, E. Church Street, Central Avenue, N. Locust Street, S. Locust Street, S. Stott Street, S. Brown Street, S. Hadsall Street and Koch Drive. The improvements include Pavement Removal, HMA Surface Removal and Reclamation, Re-Shaping Aggregate Base, Adjustment of Existing Structures, HMA Surface Course, Removal and Replacement of Sidewalk/ Curb & Gutter, ADA Improvements and Pavement Markings.
