Holly Lake 1.0 MG Standpipe Rehabilitation

Interior SSPC-SP 10 Cleaning (near white blast), Interior coating system (three coats); Exterior SSPC-SP 6 Cleaning (Commercial Blast), Class 2 A Containment, Exterior coating system (three coats); Exterior rendering and paint schematic by Artistbrothers; Install roof scaffold rigging openings with plugs, if and where directed; grind interior remnants of painter couples flush on the interior roof, if necessary; seal welds; Caulk all overlaps % or less (Sikaflex 1A); Repair/replace anchor bolts as needed; Remove 4" Flanged pipe at the base of the tank shell. Seal plate and weld accordingly; Reseal Foundation with non-shrink grout (Sikaflex 1A) and remove all vegetation; Install davit arm on 24" diameter shell manhole; Remove, furnish and install new shell and roof ladder to comply with OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.27; Remove and reinstall 1" conduit the length of the ladder for the transducer; Install stainless steel flexible cable safety climb device on new shell and roof ladder; Install eight foot (8') aluminum ladder guard 16' above grade on new shell ladder (ladder guard to be supplied by LEHMUA); Install 4" kick plate on roof handrails extending to center roof; Install new chain link fencing (including cantilever slide gate), green vinyl coated where specified on the Drawings; Low voltage holiday testing shall be performed to interior surfaces; Disinfection, VOC and Bacteria testing; and 1 Year Anniversary robotic interior and exterior tank inspection.
