Engineering Inspection Services

Engineering fi rm that has certifi ed inspectors with a strong background and understanding of sanitary sewer work. This inspector will be required, at a minimum, to be: • on-site to review the work as performed by the selected contractor; • point out any plan derivation issues, help to resolve said issues; • keep daily work logs; • help prepare and expedite needed change orders; • attend monthly construction progress meetings; and • review contractor pay applications with project engineer to confi rm that work has been completedType of ContractThe Town of Bourbon will execute either a fi rm, fi xed-price contract, or a cost-re-imbursement contract for these services that is contingent on the final commit-ment of grant funding
