Contract(s): Single Overall Contract (DPMC: C009 with C029, C030, C032, C047) Project Description: The Base Bid work consists of but is not limited to the following: Absegami High School: Renovations (finishes, door, frame & hardware, signage, toilet accessories, metal casework, fire extinguisher, selective roof repair @ new vent pipe & mech curb, etc.) to the existing Concession Area, Women's and Men's Toilet Rooms. All plumbing, mechanical and electrical system work. Cedar Creek High School: All Site Work including indicated access roads, pavement, utility services. New Concessions Building including but not limited to Concession Area, Janitor's Closet, Women's & Men's Toilet Rooms, and Storage Room. All plumbing, mechanical and electrical system work. Oakcrest High School: Renovations (finishes, door, frame & hardware, signage, toilet accessories, metal casework, fire extinguisher, selective roof repair @ new vent pipe & mech curb, etc.) to the existing Concession Area, Women's and Men's Toilet Rooms. All plumbing, mechanical and electrical system work. Alternate Bids: Alternate Bid No. 1: New Storage Building at Oakcrest HS. Alternate Bid No. 1A: Single-Ply EPDM Roofing System with a 30 Year Roof Warranty at the Oakcrest HS - New Storage Building. Alternate Bid No. 2: Single-Ply EPDM Roofing System with a 30 Year Roof Warranty at the Cedar Creek HS - New Concession Building. Alternate Bid No. 3: Fiberglass Asphalt Roofing Removal and Replacement at the Absegami High School - Concession Building. Alternate Bid No. 4: Counter Shutter Replacement at the Absegami HS and Oakcrest HS - Existing Concessions Buildings.
