| Description | Approximately 3,800 square feet of existing raised floor area shall be replaced. The new electrical distribution system shall consist of floor mounted power distribution units (PDUs) fed from existing distribution panelboards in the adjacent electrical room. This project also includes the addition of a new diesel generator with sub-base tank, modifications to the existing paralleling switchboard to support the addition of the generator, and site civil modifications to enlarge the common generator pad and relocate the existing dumpster pad. Bid Alternate #1 consists of replacing the existing paralleling switchboard in its entirety. |
