University Club Golf Course Bunker Project

Eastern Kentucky University is soliciting proposals for our bunker project at the University Club at Arlington. The scope of the project includes replacing the bunkers on the 18 hole golf course. The University Club at Arlington boasts one of the regions finest 18-hole golf courses located on 200 picturesque acres with rolling hills, mature trees, and beautiful water features. Golfers of any skill level will enjoy the tree-lined zoysia grass fairways and perfect bent grass greens. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Bid executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the state of Kentucky. (Certified check is acceptable) Bid bonds as well as Payment & Performance bonds are required for this project (Certified check is acceptable) If awarded, the contractor shall furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the faithful performance of this contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor, including payment of all unemployment contributions which become due and payable under the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Law furnishing materials in connection with this contract.
