Demolition of Structures at 5641 SE 113 Street and 6521 SE Robinson Road

Demolition, removal of the structures and all contents, driveway, grading and grass seeding of all disturbed areas: 5641 SE 113 PL: 1. The removal and disposal of all contents within the structure, including the proper removal and disposal of the Freon in the existing A/C system. 2. The removal and disposal of the existing concrete block structure and all patios/entryways/etc, which is approximately 2600sqft. 3. City utilities (water and sewer) have been disconnected at the road right of way, contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the piping from the road right of way to the structure. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for notifying other utilities (i.e. power, telephone, internet, gas) regarding the pending demolition of the building and having such utilities disconnected and removed from the property. 5.
