Overall, the project consists of mixed use development with associated site work. Work includes a five-story Building A off River Street, which includes residential and commercial space. Building B is a four-story residential building adjacent to Washington Street, farther away from the Cocheco River. Buildings C and D are five-story mixed-use buildings with commercial and residential space off River Street across the street from the Cocheco River. The three-story townhouses will be located off of Cross Street with a five-story nearby building located farther away from the river. Phase I bidding involves 128,850 square foot Building C, 141,000 square foot Building D, three-buildings of Townhouses and General Site. PLEASE NOTE: Pricing must be broken out separately for each as the buildings may be awarded to a single or multiple subcontractors per trade (base assumption should be a single subcontractor per trade). *The owner and design team request that ALL subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the invited GC Bidders only.
