Memorial Hall Phase II Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment

SUNY Plattsburgh intends to make an award for the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, accessories and services to completely execute the provision and installation of products as described in the Project Manual/IFB for Memorial Hall Phase II Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment. Any contractor who believes they can provide these services is invited to download the IFB, Project Manual, and associated contract documents attached to this advertisement. A sealed bid will be held. Question's will be accepted from interested bidders through Friday, March 3, 2023 at 3:30 PM via email at case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Questions received after that time will not be answered. Answers to those questions will be provided and uploaded to this advertisement by Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Project Estimated Start Date: Immediately after approval by New York State Office of the Comptroller Substantial completion of the Gymnasium portion by August 15, 2023, with the remaining completed by October 15, 2023. This is a Prevailing Wage Project - Schedule PRC#2023001569 This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law and its requirements. Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". This restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. In addition the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and Public Officers Law.
