North/South Building Fan Coil Unit Chilled Water Actuator Controlled Valves Replacement

Remove and dispose of 202 existing Chilled Water Actuator Control Valves, disconnect and preserve building management system wiring connection; and remove and dispose of any pipe and insulation required for access. These valves are located throughout the North/South building at the Orange County Convention Center, primarily in back of house spaces to include: mechanical penthouses, electric rooms, and utility tunnels.
