| Description | KOFA Dome Tap Transmission Line Project: Project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary for: (1) Removing existing copper conductor and reconductoring 7.5-miles of transmission line with ACSS conductor. (2) Removing two (2) existing steel overhead ground wires and installing one (1) Government-furnished optical ground wire and furnishing and installing one (1) steel overhead ground wire on 7.5-miles of transmission line. (3) Removing eight (8) transmission line wood pole structures and one (1) transmission line light-duty steel pole structures. Installing eight (8) new transmission line light-duty steel structures and one (1) new transmission line heavy-duty steel pole structure. (4) Furnishing, installing and terminating fiber optics at Kofa Substation (KOF). (5) Furnishing and installing aluminum conductor and associated fittings at Kofa Substation. |
