Village of Franklinville Water Distribution Improvements Project

A. Work of Project is generally described as the replacement of water mains and appurtenances to the limits shown on the Drawings. B. Perform the Work of Contract under a unit price Contract with Owner according to the Conditions of Contract. C. Contractor shall coordinate and schedule all portions of the work with the Owners representative to ensure that interruptions in service are minimized. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 20,000 ft of 6-inch and 8-inch DIP water main and associated appurtenances along Village streets to replace existing water main. This project must be substantially complete by November 1, 2024 Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him/her.
