Description | Hvac Upgrades at Red Bank Middle School 101 Harding Road Red Bank, New Jersey 07701 for the Red Bank Borough Board of Education 76 Branch Avenue Red Bank, New Jersey 07701. Together With All Work Incidental Thereto as Prepared by the Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., 1395 Yardville Hamilton Square Road, Suite 2a, Hamilton, New Jersey, 08691. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in an abundance of caution due to COVID-19, U.S. Mail or overnight delivery is strongly encouraged but a drop-box will be provided for in-person or hand delivery of bids on the exterior of the Board Offices. The drop-box will be available for only fifteen (15) minutes immediately prior to the bid opening Specific Requests for Copies of the Bids or for Information Pertaining to the Bids Can Be Obtained by Emailing Eileen Gorga, Business Administrator at Gorgae@rbb.k12.nj.us Neither the Owner, Nor the Architect Will Assume Any Responsibility for Bids Mailed or Misdirected in Delivery. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days From the Opening of the Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informality in the Bidding Process in Accordance With the Law, if It is in the Best Interest of the Owner. The Contract, if Awarded, Shall Be Awardedto the Lowest Responsible Bidder Whose Bid is Responsive in All Material Respects to the Bid Requirements. No Bid Shall Be Deemed Accepted Until the Adoption of a Formal Resolution by the Owner. Bids Shall Be Placed in a Sealed Envelope With the Name of the Project Clearly Marked on the Front of the Envelope and Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent 10% of the Bid, but Not More Than $20,000. All Bidders and Their Subcontractors Shall Be Registered With the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.48 Et Seq. Prior to Award, Bidder Must Provide a Certificate Issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor, Pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate Issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue for the Bidder and All Subcontractors (I.e., "Named Subcontractors") Whose Prices Are Included in the Contractor's Bid. Pursuant to P.l. 2009, C.315 and/or N.j.s.a. 52:32-44 Business Registration of Public Contractors, Prior to Award, Bidder and All Named Subcontractors Must Provide a New Jersey Business Registration Certificateissued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue of the Bidder and Must Include That of All Subcontractors I.e., "Named Subcontractors", Whose Prices Are Included in the Contractor's Bid. |
