Mini-Split Heat Pump/ HVAC /Air Purification System and its Installation

For the construction of upgrades to the Town Office and Council Chambers heating, cooling, and air purification system. The goal of the upgrade is to have an efficient heating, cooling, and air purification system as well as assist in reducing the spread of COVID-19 Area of coverage is 3 rooms A. Office – (approx. 800 sq. ft), B. Council Chambers – (approx. 900 sq. ft.), C. Additional Break/Storage Room – (approx. 400 sq. ft). will include 1. Outside Multi zone, Mini Split heat pump unit with the ability to heat and cool approximately 1200 sq. ft. 2. Outside Multi zone, Mini Split heat pump unit with the ability to heat and cool approximately 1000 sq. ft. 3. Indoor Multi zone, Mini Split units with the ability to heat, cool and air purify approximately 900 sq. ft. each. 4. All other parts, materials, electrical and labor for complete installation will also be included in the bid
