Lap Pool Tile Baseboard and Windowsill Replacement

1.Submission must include total work time needed to complete project, including any prep, cure and dry times. 2.All required permits, licenses, inspections, approvals and fees for installation and demolition work shall be secured, submitted, and paid for by the contractor, to any and all agencies. All work shall conform to all applicable codes, rules, and regulations. 3.Quantities shown herein or on the drawings are approximate and are provided for general information purposes only. Any quantities or measurements stated are estimates only and each contractor is responsible for taking their own measurements 4.Demolition of existing baseboard tile and sills will be removed prior to the start of this project. Demolition shall not be included in bid submission. 5.Project shall be completed by September 4, 2020. Work will be done in conjunction with decking replacement. Tile baseboard cannot start until decking has finished. 1.Tile Baseboard 1.Clean and prepare surface to properly install tile 2.Install 12”x24” ceramic tile along perimeter baseboard of lap pool. Custom cut tile as needed to fit between floor and windowsills. Approximately 400 linear feet 3.Tile color must be American Olean- Laurel Heights Gray Summit LH 98. No alternates will be accepted. 4.Tile must have rectified edge and through body, no Schluter cap 5.All materials and labor shall be included in submission 6.See attached floorplan for locations. Windowsill 1.Clean and prepare surface to properly install windowsill 2.All sills to have new exterior grade plywood sub-tops. 3.Sills shall be MSI-Quartz in Frost White. No alternates will be accepted a.(2) 25 ½” x 6 ½” x 2” 4.All materials and labor shall be included in submission 5.See attached floorplan for locations.
