Description

Remove and replace five (5) rooftop AC units, including installation, with five (5) new, properly sized, high efficiency condensing and air handling rooftop units. In addition, Bidders will review the existing high efficiency ground mounted heat / air-conditioning and determine if the unit will require replacement or can be repaired. Lastly, the work will include replacement of 3 rooftop ventilation fans and a condensing unit located in the basement boiler room as well as cleaning existing duct work throughout the building. All units are located at the City of Bangor’s Central Fire Station, 289 Main Street.
