Biloxi Upper Elementary School HVAC Replacement

Construction of and renovation of HVAC facility upgrades located at: Biloxi Upper Elementary 1424 Father Ryan Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. This project consists of The project involves of the replacement of a 100 ton condensing unit, two 50 ton evaporator coils (in separate air handlers), all associated refrigerant piping, and accessories in their entirety at the Upper Elementary school. The existing air handlers shall remain. The existing system supplies cooling to the gymnasium and the auditorium. The new system consists of two 50 ton condensing units to replace the single 100 ton unit, thereby separating the operation of the auditorium from the gym and simplifying the controls. Additionally, electrical and control upgrades are also involved.
