Quackenbush Square Site Improvements and Quackenbush Garage Convenience Entry Project

The project includes two separate parts, including Quackenbush Square Site Improvements and the Quackenbush Garage Convenience Entry Project. Summary of work for each as follows. A. General Requirements, survey and stakeout. B. Site demolition, tree removals and miscellaneous site removals. Deliver salvageable items to owner. C. Furnish and install erosion controls. D. Earthwork and site grading including cut to fill subgrades, compaction and preparation of subgrade elevations. Furnish and install topsoil as required for lawn establishment. E. Furnish and install colored and imprinted concrete pavement, including subbase courses and geotextiles. F. Furnish and install concrete pavement, including subbase courses and geotextiles. G. Furnish and install seat walls and amphitheater area, including concrete foundations, brick seat walls and limestone cap. H. Furnish and install adjustments/reconstruction of utility structures. A. Base Program 1. Removal of existing concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, pavers, curbs, bollards and tree. 2. Removal of 15’-0” section of existing concrete facade panel at grade level for new vehicle entry. 3. Inside the garage furnish and install concrete floor slabs, bollards, concrete islands, security fence. 4. Installation of concrete and asphalt paving. 5. New site grading 6. Erosion and sediment control 7. Installation of new storm water piping 8. Installation of new curbs 9. Installation of new curb ramps 10. New crosswalk striping & parking lot striping.
