| Description | The Port of Oakland ("Port") is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for on- call crane related structural inspection and material testing services for Port cranes in support of the Structural Inspection Program. This Contract will be for a period of three (3) years. The Port reserves the right to award the contract to multiple qualified firms if found to be in the best interest of the Port. The services will include: 1. Nondestructive testing of welds, bolted joints, and structural steel on cranes. 2. Field testing of bolts, metals, welded material, and miscellaneous samples (paint, etc.). |
