Remodel Bldg 63 Restrooms - State Encompass Project: Remove existing plumbing fixtures, walls, suspended ceilings, electrical and any other items deemed necessary to convert the existing latrines to the new design shown in the plans included below General Description of Work: The project drawing(s), sketch(es), this Statement of Work, etc. indicate the general intent of the work required under this contract, but without unnecessary or superfluous detail. Instead, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to accomplish the work by using sound standard industry practices, procedures, and methods, and in compliance with applicable industry standards and codes and in accordance with the Master UFC Specifications. Work consists of but is not limited to the following major items of work. Contractor shall be responsible for field verifying all quantities and dimensions. Unless SPECIFICALLY authorized by the BCE, Contractor will NOT be allowed to dispose of ANY material in base refuse collection containers or hazardous waste accumulation points. Master UFC spec sections are listed as an aid to the contractor and does not release the contractor from the requirement to conform to all the UFC Master specs and the specific instructions listed below and to field verify all dimensions and quantities.
