Do not contact the specified department directly The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consists of approximately 170 SY of New Sidewalk; 5 Curb Ramps; 475 L.F. of Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement; 385 Tons of A.C. Pavement; 1,870 S.Y. of Pavement Removal; 1 Catch Basin, and other related work. All proposed work is located within the Municipality of Anchorage corporate limits and is more particularly located at Newell Street between Rocky Mountain Court and East 6th Avenue, see Drawings for detailed locations. The work included under this Contract consists of but is not limited to the following work Construction of pedestrian improvements along Newell Street. Reconstruction of associated curb and gutter, signing and striping, curb ramps, pavement, and minor storm drain. Estimated Construction Cost: Between: $100,000 - $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
