The selected firm will act as the single provider of Construction Management services for these projects United Tribes Technical College (Owner) requests a statement of qualifications for Construction Management services for projects at the United Tribes Technical College Campus The Owner recognizes the need for multiple remodel, rehabilitation, and building projects throughout campus. The CMaR that is selected, will enter into a multi-year agreement with the client to provide CM services on multiple projects, with Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The basis of the contract will be a "Master Contract". Individual projects will be awarded on a project by project basis via a "Service Order". |
