The work for which proposals are invited consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the following work in the City of Chicago: Roadway resurfacing and/or reconstruction along Milwaukee Avenue from W. Logan Blvd. to N. Davlin Ct, including the roadways around Logan Square and Kedzie Avenue from Milwaukee Avenue to Schubert Avenue Realignment of Milwaukee Avenue within Logan Square. Realignment of Kedzie Avenue at CTA Logan Square Blue Line Station. Sidewalk replacement throughout the corridor Shared use paths within Logan Square and separated bicycle lanes in some areas. Curb and gutter replacement throughout the corridor Drainage improvements throughout the corridor Lighting removal and replacement throughout the corridor Electrical receptacle installation within Logan Square Traffic signal installation, modernization, and retiming at seven intersections Installation of trees, landscaping, and streetscape furniture Modifications to the existing canopy at the CTA Logan Square Blue Line Station.
