| Description | The existing Building 12 consists of two buildings (East & West) attached to one another. The East Building is a four-story structure that previously housed process equipment. The equipment has since been removed and the building currently sits vacant. The West Building is a one story structure that served as warehouse and maintenance space supporting the East Building process and also currently sits vacant. The East building area is 3,300 square feet that includes a four-story stair tower and a four-story freight elevator. Within the West building, the warehouse area is 11,800 square feet and the maintenance area is 3,100 square feet. In addition to the building renovation, a second floor will be added to the warehouse area, the one-story building will have an addition constructed for one of the R&D labs, work will be performed in the equipment yard located west of Building 12 for new process / HVAC equipment as well as the construction of a hazardous material storage building. | ||||||||||||||||||
