Avilla East Industrial Park Infrastructure - 2022 ("Project"). Summary: Located within the southeast corner of Lemper Road and State Road 8 in Avilla, Indiana, the Project shall consist of an extension of Industrial Drive with HMA Pavement, curb, gutter, underdrains, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, lift station, erosion control, surface restoration, and site improvements, as well as placing HMA pavement on Eagle Dr with associated curb, gutter, underdrains, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, erosion control, and surface restoration Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of their bids. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and include the name and address of the Bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid amount. Bids arriving after the time set will be returned unopened and only complete bids with all required materials will be considered. Town of Avilla, Indiana reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects and amend the Project's scope. It is anticipated that the Avilla Town Council will take bids received under advisement and that a determination may be made at a special planned Town Council meeting

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
