As of February 28, 2023, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. This bid is subject to Board of Education Policy #3300. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The following working hours are as follows: - Noisy Work (Demolition, Welding, Mechanical Work Involving Power Equipment, Etc.) - Noisy work shall be conducted during second shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm). - Quiet Work (Electrical, Painting, Etc.). Quiet work can be conducted during first shift (7:00am -3:00pm). - All work shall be coordinated with Facilities, Building Administration, and Building Custodial Staff. This Bid Specification was prepared to solicit sealed bids on behalf of the Stamford Public School Facilities Department from qualified responsible mechanical contractors. Work shall include furnish and install steam unit heaters. Work includes demolition, mechanical, and electrical work as well.
