SR 2015 / 2004 Int Imprv

For the improvement of certain section of highways and bridges in LUZERNE COUNTY, JENKINS & PLAINS TOWNSHIPS, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE ROUTE 2015, SECTION D51. This project consists of intersection improvements on State Route 2004 (River Street) and State Route 2015 (Saylor Ave.) in Plains and Jenkins Township, Luzerne County. The project is improving safety at the intersection which is include truck turning at intersection. Also add turning lane with new signal to improve traffic congestion. The project is improving Existing Culvert minor headwall repair and insert liner into the existing concrete pipe and resurfacing the intersection. MPT during construction will be phases construction with short term lane closures.
