A firm timeline for construction has not been established. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. It is not a Request for Proposal. All information needed to submit SF330 documents are contained herein. No additional solicitation package or technival information will be issued. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project Overview : The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center located in Dublin, Georgia is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineering firm to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and design services to include Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related services necessary to Renovate 5B North and 5B East for Specialty Clinics. Project will renovate approx.. 19,900 square feet of the second floor of Building 5 at the Carl Vinson VAMC in Dublin Georgia. 5B East with approx., 9,900 square foot will be designed as a new Cardiology Service wing and 5B North with approx., 9,900 square foot will be designed as a new Pulmonary/Home Oxygen Service wing. Twelve Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Deficiencies shall also be mitigated by this project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
