The Work involved with the Project shall include, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, superintendence, mobilization, and services necessary for the installation of the park equipment and the associated site improvements including park infrastructure, parking, pedestrian connectivity, water service, drainage, landscaping, and electrical service at the Yacht Club Drive Pocket Park.
