RFP Engineering - Design Services for CSAH 22 Reconstruction

The County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota (County) is soliciting proposals for design services for the CSAH 22 (Lyndale Avenue) Reconstruction project for the Public Works Transportation Project Delivery Department. The project is located in the city of Minneapolis (City) along County State Aid Highway (CSAH) No. 22 (Lyndale Avenue) generally between its intersections with CSAH 5 (Franklin Avenue) and 31st Street South. The County, in participation with the City, seeks to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort for all modes of travel along the corridor. This generally requires that plans/specifications/engineers estimate (PS&E), environmental documentation, right of way certification, and other DCP documents must be submitted and approved by State Aid by April 1, 2026. The County reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, and/or modify this RFP for any reason and at any time with no liability to any prospective Proposer for any costs or expenses incurred in connectionwith the RFP or otherwise.
