Roof Replacements at Farmington High School

1. Remove ballast and EPDM membrane 2. Re-use the existing 3” polyisocyanurate, if dry. (Nuclear diagnostic completed showing dry insulation in 2018) 3. Adhere existing insulation in low rise foam adhesive, as well as an additional 3” flatstock polyisocyanurate Adhere 1/2” densdeck coverboard 5. Adhere 60 mil TPA/TPO/EPDM membranein single ply WB adhesive. 6. Heat weld all seams and flashings 7. Supply and install transition and termination strips where the new roofing abuts existing previously installed roofing that does not affect the warranty of the new productor the existing product 8. Provide walkway materials as noted on the plans 9. Include new drain inserts at all 7 drains 10. Provide alternative cost to replace roofing on 10’x20’ overhang
