Cannon AFB Reconstruct Main Operation Apron

Under this Statement of Work (SOW), perform investigative, design, and construction activities necessary to meet Air Force and other customer design requirements. Warrant the work in accordance with FAR 52.246-21. Perform existing conditions, environmental and site investigative and design activities as necessary to develop a comprehensive design compliant with applicable federal, state, local, DoD, and Air Force design requirements. This SOW sets forth the requirements for a Regional Engineering and Construction (RE&C) Task Order Contract Reconstruct Main Operation Apron at Cannon Air Force Base. Provide the Government with a complete engineering design, construction, and warranty IAW FAR 52.246-21, for the complete reconstruction of two rows of Portland cement concrete (PCC) slabs on the edge of the apron between the main apron and the Flightline Road, plus two hangar access aprons and bid options for the removal, installation and commissioning of the Airfield Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
