| Description | ACHD seeks various Traffic Signal Materials as outlined in the Specifications. Question Submission Deadline:January 11, 2023, 4:30pm Question Response Deadline:January 12, 2023, 4:30pm The successful Bidder will be required to provide 100% Supply Bond. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the cost proposal submitted. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. |
