Award amount is $437,271.34** CITY OF PERTH AMBOY Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and the Proposal Form may be examined by prospective bidders during business hours at the Office of the Perth Amboy Purchasing Department, City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy, NJ or examined and/or secured by prospective bidders between 9 AM and 4 PM, prevailing time, at the Office of the City Engineer c/o Center State Engineering at 481 Spotswood-Englishtown Rd, Monroe Township, NJ. Documents may be secured electronically upon request by email to Bids@CenterStateEngieering.com until forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for the opening of the Bids. Sealed bids will be received when called for by the Purchasing Agent or their designee at the time and place set forth above in this Notice. Said Bids can be mailed or hand delivered to the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy, NJ prior to the date and time stated. THE CITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERY BY ANY COURIER OR THE POSTAL SERVICE. Bidders are required to comply with: (2) Affirmative Action Regulations requirement of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27; (3) P.L.2004, c.57 which amends and supplements the business registration provision of N.J.S.A.52:32-44. Each bidder must strictly comply with all requirements for a regular bid as directed or required by the specifications and the Statutes in such case made and provided. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject all bids if deemed in the best interest of the City of Perth Amboy to do so and their actions are subject to the approval of the Mayor and Council of the City of Perth Amboy. Notice is hereby given to all bidders that if their bids are informal, defective, or irregular, the same will be rejected.
