Riverfront Phase II-A

Improvements to the park space along the St. Mary’s riverfront located be­ tween Promenade and Headwaters Parks. The proposed improvements include new walkways, plantings, lighting, site furnishings, seat walls, and utility improvements along with repairs to an existing wall. Creating a section of Riverfront Development that will correspond with the Riverfront at Promenade Development opening. This will be a pass through area from Headwaters Park to Promenade Park which will include site grading, storm water retention, concrete paths, sitting areas, lighting, landscaping, erosion control/bank stabilization, ADA accessibility, and retaining wall restoration

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
