Locker Room Additions and Improvements

The project consists of the renovation of four locker rooms attached to the existing competition gymnasium (located on the main District Campus at the intersection of SH42 and FM13), along with a bid alternate for a small storage/laundry building and is generally comprised of the following elements: the renovation generally consists of selective building demolition, construction of new walls, relocation of plumbing, installation of new HVAC, and finishes associated with the locker room. The bid alternate building is a pre-engineered metal building with standing seam metal roofing, metal panel siding, associated earthwork and segmented retaining wall.
