Description

The work consists of all work associated with the construction of a new BPS flow capacity of 3,600 gpm and a total dynamic head of 205 feet. This work includes but is not limited to: site grading, landscaping, 16 and 20 inch PVC site piping and related appurtenances, sanitary sewer connection to the existing sanitary sewer system, excavation and backfill, stormwater pollution prevention, concrete generator pad, asphalt parking lot, concrete driveway and approach, site fencing, 80' by 36' with 14' side wall height pump station building. . Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing and addressed to Brian Hoellein, PE, Bartlett & West, Inc. 2921 E. 57th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, Phone; 605-373-5909, Email; brian.hoellein@bartwest.com Building to consist of spread concrete footings, concrete floor, concrete pipe gallery, interior cement masonry unit structural walls, exterior brick veneer, wood roof trusses, asphalt shingles, 1 ton bridge crane, four (4) horizontal split case pumps (1200 gpm @ 205 TDH), one (1) vertical multi-stage pump (675 gpm @ 110 TDH), ductile iron pipe and fittings from 4 inch through 20 inch, gate valves, silent check valves, 12 and 6 inch swing check valves, 4 inch globe style pressure relief valve associated with surge control, 12 inch plug valve associated with bi-directional flow control, 6 inch globe style flow control valve for low flow conditions, one (1) 6 inch magnetic flowmeter, one (1) 12 inch magnetic flow meter, one (1) 16 inch magnetic flow meter, one (1) 20 inch magnetic flow meter, pipe supports, and painting and coating. Plumbing includes floor drains, service sink, and restroom. Heating and ventilation equipment including natural gas furnace/cooling units, minisplit units, and associated duct work. Electrical consisting of LED lighting, four at 100 Hp, and one at 40 Hp variable frequency drives, electrical switch gear, installation of buried conduit for All written questions must be received by 11:00 a.m Mountain Time (12:00 p.m. (Noon - Central Time) on Thursday December 7, 2023.
