1. Haul approximately 8,500 cubic yards of backfill material, existing vegetation, and construction debris from the designated site location on Marina St. to a proper disposal location. a. The contractor is responsible for all material once loaded at Marina St. b. Transport and disposal of the materials shall be in accordance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. 2. Excavate approximately 8,500 cubic yards of backfill material, existing vegetation, and construction debris from the designated site location on Marina St., if the additive bid item is selected by the City in writing. a. Contractor is responsible for all dimensions and surface grading as noted in the details and specifications of this contract. b. Contractor shall remove the materials in accordance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
