Description

Scope: Supply and install new flooring in the computer area on the main floor. Any questions may be directed to Mr. Vince Emrick, Police Chief, at (517) 264- 4848 or at vemrick@adrianmi.gov. 1. Remove and dispose of existing carpet and base. 2. Skim coat floor prep over old adhesive. 3. Supply and install floor covering as follows: a. Material b. Adhesive c. 4' vinyl cove base 5. Contractor must supply all necessary tools, materials and equipment to complete job in a professional manner. 6. The proper adhesive must be used for concrete flooring. 7. If required, hazardous material abatement will be the responsibility of Contractor. 8. Contractor is responsible for disposing of any debris from the work site on a daily basis.
