Description

Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace 9,180 Sq. Ft. of resilient vinyl-composite tile (VCT) with 290 LF of Vinyl Wall Base as follows: 1. New, speckled Artic White 0190 VCT with Vinyl Wall Base. Twenty percent (20%) of new VCT shall be accent colors, DH50 Sunflower, Q170 Go Green, Q194 Electric Blue, Q151 Totally Tangerine, Q140 Citric Bloom and Q467 Wood Violet by DalTile, Armstrong or approved equal. 2. Contractor to remove existing layers of VCT and adhesive and apply liquid self-leveling compound where necessary to ensure a level surface. Cut-sheets for self-leveling compound and new full-spread adhesive are to be submitted for consideration. 3. Contractor shall apply three (3) coats of stain-resistant sealer and six (6) coats of high-quality commercial floor finish (25% solid thickness) after installation. Sealer and finish specifications to be submitted for consideration.
