| Description | Bethel Township Supervisors will receive proposals for the following: 474 ton Warm Mix Wearing Course, 9.5mm, in place, liquidated damages of $870 will apply. Proposals must be received on forms provided by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10 percent of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100 percent of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
