Precoat Topping Rock

The County of Galveston is seeking a vendor to supply Precoat Topping Rock to various locations within Galveston Count in accordance with the specifications within this invitation to bid. The timestamp clock located in the Purchasing Agent's office shall serve as the official time-keeping piece for this solicitation process. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope: ITB #B222023 PRECOAT TOPPING ROCK Bidders' name, and return address, should be prominently displayed on the bid package for identification purposes. Procurement Timeline: A timeline for this RFP and the initial process is included below. The net price shall be delivered to Galveston County, including all freight, shipping, and license fees. Galveston County is tax-exempt, and no taxes should be included in bid pricing. Bonding Requirements: There are no bonding requirements for this Invitation to Bid. Debarment and Suspension: All contractors/subcontractors that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project. The Galveston County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids and accept the bid or bids which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to Galveston County with total respect to the governing laws. Upon satisfaction of contractual terms (e.g., goods delivered in the promised condition, services rendered as agreed, etc.), contractor shall be paid via Galveston County's normal accounts payable process. The Galveston County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids and accept the bid or bids which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to Galveston County with total respect to the governing laws.
