The project consists of a Base Bid and an Add Alternate Bid AB-1. The Base Bid consists of the following: Water Tower Cleaning, Repainting and Repairing and is further described as the cleaning, blasting, and repairing of the interior and exterior of a 1,000,000 gallon pedesphere water tower and making welding repairs to the tower as necessary. The Base Bid water tower is located at comer of Vincennes Avenue and Commercial Drive.
