Oakington Peninsula System - P224115 - Harford County

This project proposes engineering and construction for development of the Oakington Peninsula Park System. These properties include Swan Harbor Farms, Eleanor and Millard Tydings Park, and the entire peninsula. Future park improvements to occur as funding is available. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2018 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations. This project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
