Z2da--436-22-126 Site Preparations - Hazardous Drugs Mixing - Iv Cleanroom Mobile Trailer (Va-22-00029124)

Provide site preparation to install the Hazardous Drugs Mixing IV Cleanroom Suit Trailer on campus. The trailer will be used by the Fort Harrison VA Medical Center pharmacy staff due to the event that sterile compounding services are temporarily suspended within the facility and interruptions in patient care must be avoided. As part of this site prep, the Contractor shall coordinate site-preparations. The trailer will require connections for electrical, potable water, and data. Complete fire suppression system is not anticipated. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment, to properly execute this site preparation project. The installation shall meet all NFPA, VA, state, and local codes and ordinances. As part of this project, drawings for the trailer are provided by Germfree.
