The FCF Boiler No 1 Install Bid Pack 2 project at the Fremont Correctional Facility (FCF), Canon City, CO, is an Emergency Controlled Maintenance project funded the Office of the State Architect and CDOC. This project consists of two separate bid solicitations consisting of: 1) Bid Pack 1 Boiler No. 1 Equipment Pre-Purchase (under separate contract) and 2) Bid Pack 2 Boiler No 1 Installation (this solicitation). Bid Pack 1 Boiler Equipment (under separate contract with Cleaver-Brooks, Inc.) project consists of, but is not limited to, field verification, engineering submittals, coordination with Boiler Installation Contractor, start-up, commissioning, final and warranty inspections as required for a fully functional installation. Bid Pack 2 Boiler No 1 Install (this solicitation) project scope consists of, but is not limited to, field verification, selective demolition, temporary weather protection, temporary boiler, structural framing, roofing cut and patch, piping systems, controls integration, start-up, commissioning, final and warranty inspections as required for a fully functional installation.
