CEMENT PAD AND SIDEWALKS SCOPE The purpose of this bid is to establish a competitive bid proposal for Cement Pad and two additional sidewalks for the child care play area. All vendors submitting a proposal must be an established vendor whose primary business is preparing and laying cement pads and sidewalks. It is the intent of Bellevue Community Schools to choose a company for the Cement Bid Project for the Child Care Stabilization Grant to be installed and finished before November 1, 2022. Bids must be submitted on this form to insure complete uniformity of wording. Bids may be rejected if they show any omissions, alterations or wording, conditional clauses, or any irregularities of any kind. Make only one entry per line on the bid form. DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS The contractor agrees to perform repairs as specified in the Request for Proposal for Cement work for play area for the Child Care Stabilization Grant to maintain a safe play area at Bellevue Elementary School located at 904 West Capital Ave., Bellevue, Michigan 49021. Prevailing Wage. As a construction project of $2,000, this Project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, 20 USC 1232b, and the Contractor may be required to ensure that prevailing wages are paid in accordance with that Act and its implementing regulations.
