This project includes American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Bidders must review and abide by the City's ARPA SWMBE Contract Compliance Procedures. The SMWBE/LSA requirement for this project is 7% of the contract base bid. The SMWBE/LSA Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SMWBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SMWBE /LSA Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive.
