Highland Hills Golf Course Pond Project

Furnish labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation, and perform operations in connection with, and reasonably incidental to, complete installation of pond lining and guarantee/warranty as shown on drawings, installation details, and as specified herein. Items of work specifically included are: A. Procurement of applicable licenses permits, and fees. B. Furnishing materials and qualified labor for installation of liner and geotextile for pond area as shown on drawings. Contractor is responsible for supplying appropriate quantity of liner materials based on construction drawings and field conditions. C. Removal of debris in bottom of pond and 4- to 6-inches of existing side slope (large debris and weeds). D. Furnishing materials and labor for construction of anchor trench around entire perimeter of pond. E. Furnishing materials and qualified labor for liner boots at pipe penetrations through liner material prior to installing soil cover over liner. F. Completion of earthwork by a qualified earthwork contractor meeting the requirements specified herein. G. Coordination of pond grading with drawings and specifications or other disciplines where applicable. H. Coordinate and provide services of lining manufacturer’s Technical Field Representative for a minimum of one (1) site visit during construction, including expenses, to verify and document Quality Assurance and testing procedures.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
